RBI Vs Cryptocurrency : Supreme Court Postpons The Hearing
Last week, the Supreme Court of India adjourned all the cases including RBI Vs Cryptocurrency Case due to long hearing of another case. The RBI VS Cryptocurrency court case was supposed to be heard today.
But again, due to lengthy hearing of previous cases, the Supreme Court of India had to adjourn all other cases again to tomorrow. Honourable Justice Rohinton Fali and Honourable Justice Indy Malhotra will have a say over the RBI Vs Cryptocurrency case.
Their is a confusion amongst the crypto enthusiasts in India that the Supreme Court is adjourning the RBI Crypto case again and again. It has to be noted that not only RBI-Cryptocurrency cases but all other cases are also being adjourned.
